I went with the Locktite Epoxy for Plastic. I flame broiled the leech end caps, cleaned all surfaces real well, applied a lot of epoxy, and taped the ends in place with white electrical tape. They would push back out otherwise.
On the #3 batten I used Gorilla Glue super glue. On the longer battens the diameter was too big so I needed the thick epoxy to fill the gap.
I've peeled off the E-tape and the joints look good.
If you try this go real easy on flame treating the Delrin end caps. They will char very quickly and need to be filed.
All the luff end caps were tight.
I'll see what a season of abuse will do and post the results.

Tom uses hot glue. I have tried it and it works well. Nice and quick.
