How Fast Will a SC-20 Go?

How fast do you think a SC-20 with just a sail and jib will go?

Decent sails, both Tall Rig and the normal mast.

20 kts, that's all??

I thought it would do quite a bit faster than that. At least that is what I am telling all the chicks.
