An my ARC21, the mainsheet seems to run slow and feels like it is binding more than it should. There are several places where the sheet overlaps, is this normal? Has anyone got a diagram or good pic or anything to say that will help?

Eric,

We will get you pictures tomorow.

You start at cleat and work with the top block 90 degrees from bottom block. There should not be any crosses when complete but when almost block to block there will some twist to the system but nothing that will effect your sheeting.

Reeving and parts.

Thank you Tom.

Also, what is the procedure to purchase parts for my boat? Is there a parts list with part numbers and prices or do I just e-mail or call you?

Eric,
Here is a step-by-step set of photos showing how to thread the mainsheet on your ARC-21.
Here are a couple of things to keep in mind:
1) This mainsheet was designed to be used with a 5/16" line diameter, if something larger is used it will most likely bind.
2) Start by going thru the cleat and end at the eye strap with a bowline.
3) It helps to orientate the upper block 90 degrees to the lower block like we have shown in the photos.

Hope this helps.
