SC 17 Class Measurements?

Hi all, I'd like to enter a longer two day race in September but the organisers require a "valid measurement certificate". Does anyone know where I could find the class specs for the SC 17? Is it even a class boat? I think I recall seeing some PHRF numbers for this boat somewhere. I'm hoping I can find those numbers and have another class official measure my boat.
