Just returned from seven days of wandering the southern Chesapeake Bay. Didn't sail all seven days, spent time on various pursuits. I read Carlo Rovelli's short book "Seven Brief Lessons on Physics." Actually I read it twice. Magnificent book about us. I highly recommend.

Bruiser, The holes in the plate do make a difference on changing the leech/foot tension ratio which in turn moves the draft location of the jib.
