Bill's passing is sad news indeed! I always enjoyed his commentary. To tread on his broad area of expertise was an invitation to a well researched broadside. He will be missed.
Please post a link to the obituary.

I was truly saddened by the news of Bill's passing.
He was a great man, a true southern gentlemen and without a doubt the most intelligent man I've ever met. He was a teacher that I learned many things from.
All of his accomplishments show how much he enjoyed life and made the most of it.

While he will be missed, he will always be remembered, ... because I can think of a "Bill story" or two with a smile
I am proud to say he was my friend

That's shocking and sad to hear. Although I never met him personally we did correspond while fixing up my SC20. He was a wealth of knowledge and unfortunately his corporate knowledge is gone forever.

He did offer to take me out on his ARC 30 if I was in his area. I am sorry I was never able to get the time to do it. Rest in peace Bill, your legacy will be remembered for many years.
