Removing equipment on ARC 21

I am in process of repainting my ARC21. I removed the tramp guides from the hulls without considering whether or nor I can reattach them without the nuts falling away. Are the nuts glassed into place? Same for rudder guedgeons.....

Eric,

There are not any nuts in the hull, it is a backing plate that is in the laminate of the hull so you don't have to worry about them falling out.
