New to SuperCat HELP!!!

Post by lsjames »

Today I pulled a supercat out of the woods. I am trying to see what I have. I am looking for a couple of parts.
I have sails, hulls, mast, tramp and cross members. I have some other hardware and plan to make the standing rigging.
Here's the problem. There is no hardware attached to the hulls or the front cross member. I plan to paint so I will start there. I need all hardware attached to the hulls and hardware attached to the front crossmember.
Is there a place I can find specs and a part list? Where can I get parts?
I am very excited to find this forum and lookforward to returning her to her original condition and kicking some Hobie butt. Will post pics of both when complete.

You have found the right place. Aquarius Sail is the OEM of the Super Cat product line. All of the parts are available for you boat, please give our sales office a call at 651-462-SAIL and they can work on getting you the right parts.
Good luck with your project.

You have made my day!
I have been snooping around on the other threads and see that there is a good group of people who love these boats.
After sailing hobie 16's for a few years, this boat looks awesome, like it could rip. I can't wait to get this hardware and thorw a fresh coat of paint on her.
Do you mind if I borrow the shark on the hulls idea?

Absolutely. I am taking pics as I go. I wish I had a camera with me when I found the boat.

Thank you guys for the help. I contacted Aquarius yesterday and was helped by a very kind young lady who has sent me the info I requested. I will post pics. I hope to have a hull flying by August.

How did you know she was young? :D

Think she was Tom's wife. She is very nice. He just needs to take her to Hawaii......... with a RC30.
