fixing and/or replacing an SC-17 maststep ball / support

Hi All,

My mast came down in an unplanned manner recently and I need to replace the 'mast step ball mount'.

This is for an 80s Supercat 17, so I'd be interested to know whether there are other mounts that are compatible with my mast's base.
