I know that's worded strangely, but here's the problem: In the course of gradually sorting out the '83 19 I've had for a little over a year, I discovered a number of problems with the main, starting with the battens being wrong - flat, non-tapered FRE sticks in place of the stock tapered tubular. Who did this and why is lost to the sands of time. So while I really need to replace this suit, in the shorter term I'd be happy to just get a proper batten set and maximize what I have.
Does anyone have anything available? I know that there are bits around from boats that have been parted out, so there have to be some battens and sails floating (hopefully not literally...) about, without a boat to call home, as well.

Oh, that's where I started - we've had a lot of emails going back and forth. He's having problems on the batten front.
One suggestion he made was to get ahold of RBS, but they don't answer email - or have a phone number on their web site.
