Is there a NACA web site that shows foil section drawings? I am looking for a rudder replacement thats about 48" tall. I know the ARC /RC daggerboards are around that height but am curious about the difference in design. I have tried a word search but but never found a drawing, just a few pics of ships.
thanks,

Thom,
You can try visiting http://www.aae.uiuc.edu/m-selig/ads/coord_database.html the database hasn't been updated for over a year, but none of the NACA sections have changed.

Thom,
The NACA foil sections are described in terms of % chord, 0 to 100%, and the thickness or the half thickness is described in therms of % chord also. There are no drawings of a specific size. What is provided is dimensionless and allows easy scaling to any chord dimension desired. The 63 series NACA foil sections provide the best, the highest, lift to drag ratio sections for sailboat rudders and centerboards. This is what your ARC22 foils are.
Good Sailing,
Bill
