Boat Rack

This year I was able to find a place to put a rack on the shore of our nearby lake. Now I need to figure out how to build one. Do any of you have plans, photos, sketches or ideas for simple rack to support a cat out of the water? I have a SuperCat 15. Most racks or lifts I've seen support the boat under the hulls. Would it be better to rest the boat on the beams?
