SC17 shroud lengths and rigging question

Wire fraying so it's time for me to order some new rigging, and then some questions came up.
In my current setup, I have the shroud extender and the shroud going into the bottom of three holes there so I can't rake the mast back any further.
When I let go of the tiller when sailing, the boat pretty much goes straight with no weather helm. Do you think with shorter shroud lines I would have more weather helm?
I don't know if there's a standard length for the SC17 shroud lines, mine measure 20'6" plus the shroud extender
