Pull the blue line, the rudder goes in. Pull the red line the rudder comes out.

I cracked my old catalog hoping to find a two-sheave version on the same narrow little swivel so I don't have to hack the rollers, but it doesn't look like they made one. Yes, once I tried the reverse rigging with the two line pull I saw that It could be done.
